当代企业正发生着一系列重大变化:企业结构多元化、企业发展国际化、大中小企业的协作化等等。大型集团企业仅仅通过资本、权力、业务维系企业自身的稳定性和持续发展已经非常不够.其内部管理的加强和企业素质的提高,对企业文化的依赖日益加深。集团文化建设,目的在于从深层次规范企业和员工的理念和行为,提升集团的管理控制能力和企业的核心竞争力。
Contemporary enterprises are undergoing a series of major changes: the diversification of enterprise structure, the internationalization of enterprise development, the cooperation of small, medium and large enterprises and so on. It is not enough for large-scale group enterprises to maintain the stability and sustainable development of their own enterprises solely through capital, power and business, and their internal management is strengthened and the quality of their enterprises is enhanced, and their reliance on corporate culture is deepening.
