邱政夫副教授的《癌细胞染色质的结构和基因表达》学术报告,共分七部分:(1)染色质;(2)染色质结构;(3)染色质活性与基因调控;(4)癌细胞的核畸变;(5)用免疫学方法研究肿瘤特异染色体成分和染色质结构;(6)癌细胞基因表达的改变;(7)阐明癌瘤演化的特殊探索手段,包括:肿瘤基因克隆与表达、基因DNA过渡到癌基因的研究及细胞杂交。报告人的研究工作重点是第五、六部分,现将其摘录于下。
The academic report on the structure and gene expression of chromatin of cancer cells by Associate Professor Qiu Zhengfu is divided into seven parts: (1) Chromatin; (2) Chromatin structure; (3) Chromatin activity and gene regulation; (4) Cancer Nuclear aberration of cells; (5) Immunological study of tumor-specific chromatin components and chromatin structure; (6) Changes in gene expression of cancer cells; (7) Exploring specific exploration methods for cancer progression, including: cloning and Expression, genetic DNA transition to oncogene research and cell hybridization. The rapporteur’s research focus is on the fifth and sixth parts, which are now extracted below.
