目的:测定贮存过程中决明子中大黄酚的含量变化情况,为决明子饮片贮存中的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(90:10)为流动相,440nm(大黄酚),柱温25℃,流速0.8mL/min下以DiamonsilTM(钻石)C18色谱柱检测。结果:大黄酚的含量随着贮存时间的延长而增加。结论:该方法可信,可作为决明子饮片贮存中的质量标准之一,为决明子的使用提供参考。
Objective: To determine the change of chrysophanol content in cassia seed during storage, and to provide basis for the quality control of cassia seed. METHODS: HPLC was performed on a DiamonsilTM (diamond) C18 column using methanol-0.1% aqueous phosphoric acid (90:10) as the mobile phase, 440 nm (chrysophanol), column temperature 25°C, and flow rate 0.8 mL/min. Testing. Results: The content of chrysophanol increased with storage time. Conclusion: This method is credible and can be used as one of the quality standards in the storage of Semen Cinnamomensis. It provides a reference for the use of Semen Cassiae.
