“学习型组织”被公认为二十一世纪解决企业发展障碍的最佳组织形态,创建学习型组织是二十一世纪的大势所趋。本文通过探析学习型组织的本质内涵、学习型组织建立的必要性与前提分析、树立教育培训观念、创建学习型组织团队和终身学习等方面,阐述了企业发展的重要途径。企业只有建立了学习型组织才能在激烈竞争中立于不败之地,得以持续发展。
“Learning organization” is widely recognized as the best organizational form for solving the obstacles to enterprise development in the 21st century. It is the general trend of the 21st century to create a learning organization. This article expounds the important ways of enterprise development by analyzing the essential connotation of learning organization, the necessity and premise of establishing learning organization, establishing education and training concept, creating learning organization team and lifelong learning. Only by establishing a learning organization, an enterprise can remain invincible in the fierce competition and develop continuously.
