1998年7月,我们在粮食财务挂帐清查审计中,通过内查外调,查出了某县粮食局结算中心一起违规换车,导致32万元公款流入个人腰包的违纪案件,并进行了严肃处理。经查,某县粮食局结算中心原负责人周××利用职权,与私营业主刘××串通一气,于1997年11月3日将该结算中心的一辆日产巴宁旅行车与刘××的一辆日产大霸王旅行车调换,并在两人起草签字的协议书上,明确由周××代表的县粮食局结算中心付给刘××换车差价款10万元整,此款已于1997年1月28日由结算中心划转,支付刘××。
