本文界定了社会保障水平的衡量方法,从社会保障内容上计算历年社会保障支出总额;其次,对指标体系内的数据进行二次指数平滑处理,然后使用SPSS软件对社保基金投资收益率与社会保障水平之间的关系进行实证分析,实证结果表明两者之间呈现三次曲线关系,以及社保基金投资收益率在不同范围内社会保障水平的变化情况。
