目的 筛查新生儿听力障碍 ,观察家长对新生儿听力筛查的评价。方法 采用畸变产物耳声发射 (DPOAE)对 880例新生儿进行听力筛查 ,在新生儿 48小时后行院内初筛 ,未通过者 42天复筛 ,仍未通过者转往北京市儿童听力诊断指定医疗机构行脑干听觉诱发电位确诊。筛查同时以面对面交流的形式了解家长对筛查所持态度。结果 同期分娩活产婴儿数 90 7例 ,接受筛查新生儿880例 ,筛查覆盖率 97.0 2 % ,初筛未通过者 42例 ,初筛通过率 95 .2 3 % ;42天复筛未通过者 5例 ,总通过率 99.43 % ;确诊听力障碍 2例 ,听力障碍发生率 0 .2 2 % ;绝大部分家长对筛查持肯定态度。结论 新生儿听力障碍发病率高 ,耳声发射是一种快速、有效、简便的新生儿听力普遍筛查工具。家长对筛查总的评价是积极和肯定的 ,但不能忽视部分未通过筛查家长的心理状况。
Objective To screen newborns with hearing impairment and observe the parents’ evaluation of newborn hearing screening. Methods Distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE) were used to screen 880 newborns for hearing screening. Results The number of live births during the same period was 907, 880 newborns undergoing screening, screening coverage 97.0 2%, 42 failed primary screening, 95.23% primary screening; Passed in 5 cases, the total pass rate of 99.43%; diagnosed hearing impairment in 2 cases, the incidence of hearing loss 0.22%; most parents hold a positive attitude toward screening. Conclusion The incidence of neonatal hearing impairment is high. Otoacoustic emissions are a fast, effective and simple tool for screening neonatal hearing. Parents generally positive evaluation of screening and positive, but can not ignore the part of the parent did not pass the screening of psychological conditions.
