Since 1946 when the first electronic computer was invented at the University of Pennsylvania in the United States, the rapidly developing science and technology revolution led the entire society into the information society in a short period of time. Computer technology, communication technology and network technology have created a new history of mass media development In the short term, the rapid development of various technologies has allowed us to quickly enter the age of digital media with texts, sounds and images. The UN Press Council formally proposed in May 1998 that the Internet has become the fourth largest media after press, radio and television. At a time when the Internet, with its thousands of things in a snap, is sweeping the globe with new rhetoric called “information flow,” while traditional media such as newspapers, radio, television and the like are emerging in a single period of time In a state of “collision and coexistence”, the traditional media has been hit hard by the extent of its loss. So, as a traditional medium of television, where should such a natural course go in such natural selection?
