研究了温轧态Al-8Mg-0.2Zr合金超塑变形初期的形变促使连续再结晶(DICR)过程.实验表明:合金在DICR基本完成前后其力学行为和微观组织都发生明显变化,且两者间存在一定内在联系可以根据超塑变形过程中力学行为的宏观表现从工程上近似确定DICR基本完成时的应变量。
The deformation induced during the initial stage of superplastic deformation of warm-rolled Al-8Mg-0.2Zr alloy was studied to promote continuous recrystallization (DICR). The experimental results show that the mechanical behavior and microstructure of the alloy are obviously changed before and after the DICR is completed, and there is a certain internal relationship between them. The DICR can be approximated from the macro performance of the mechanical behavior in the process of superplastic deformation strain.
