本文用流动注射分析法测定了铜的浓度。检测系统由铜离子选择电极和饱和甘汞电极组成。为了获得稳定的基线,采用含1×10~(-6)mol/L Cu~(2+)的0.1mol/L KNO_3溶液作为载液。文中考察了载流流速和溶液pH值对响应的影响。在选定条件下,用本法对含铜废水进行了分析,所得结果与分光光度法测定结果进行对照,颇为接近。本法的检测下限达0.2ppm Cu~(2+),进样频率60样/h。该法在水质检验和环境监测中有一定的适用性。
In this paper, flow injection analysis was used to determine the concentration of copper. Detection system consists of a copper ion selective electrode and a saturated calomel electrode. In order to obtain a stable baseline, a 0.1 mol / L KNO 3 solution containing 1 × 10 -6 mol / L Cu 2+ was used as the carrier liquid. In this paper, the influence of carrier flow rate and solution pH on response is investigated. Under the selected conditions, this method was used to analyze the wastewater containing copper, the results obtained were compared with the results of spectrophotometry, quite close. The detection limit of this method up to 0.2ppm Cu ~ (2 +), the sampling frequency of 60 samples / h. The law in the water quality inspection and environmental monitoring has some applicability.
