铁路危险货物应急预案是在当铁路发生危险货物事故时,为相关岗位员工提供快速、准确处理事故有效方案。本文以铁路危险货物运输突发事件应急处理办法的相关规定入手,以铁路液氮罐车发生泄漏为例对突发事件的应急处理方案进行分析,并提出相应处理措施。 The emergency plan for railway dangerous goods is to provide the employees in relevant positions with an effective plan for handling accidents quickly and accurately when the dangerous goods accident occurs on the railway. This article starts with the relevant provisions on the emergency handling measures of dangerous goods transport by railways. Taking the leakage of railway liquid nitrogen tanker truck as an example, the contingency plans are analyzed and the corresponding measures are put forward.
