目的研究营养性肥胖大鼠血糖、血脂及胰岛素的变化。方法建立高脂饮食诱导的营养性肥胖大鼠模型,微型血糖仪测血糖,生化酶法测定血清血脂及化学发光免疫分析法测定血清胰岛素水平。结果大鼠饲养8周后,高脂膳食诱导大鼠出现营养性肥胖;肥胖组大鼠体质量、体质指数、胰岛素、血糖、三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论高脂膳食成功诱导营养性肥胖大鼠模型,具有血糖、血脂、胰岛素显著升高等特点,提示在肥胖组大鼠有胰岛素抵抗存在。
Objective To study the changes of blood glucose, blood lipid and insulin in nutrition obese rats. Methods The model of nutritional obesity induced by high-fat diet was established. The blood glucose level was measured by micro-glucose meter. Serum lipids were measured by biochemical enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and serum insulin level was measured by chemiluminescence immunoassay. Results After 8 weeks of feeding, the rats were fed with high fat diet. The body weight, body mass index, insulin, blood glucose, triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein LDL-C) higher than the normal control group (P <0.05). Conclusion High-fat diet successfully induced the model of nutritional obesity rats with the characteristics of blood glucose, blood lipid and insulin significantly increased, suggesting that there is insulin resistance in obese rats.
