目的观察金叶败毒颗粒防治妊娠中期豚鼠巨细胞病毒宫内感染的效果。方法选择无感染史、性成熟期雌雄豚鼠同笼受精,随机选择妊娠中期母豚鼠,分为3组,每组15只,正常对照组无特殊处理,模型对照组腹腔接种病毒,金叶败毒组接种病毒同时灌胃给予金叶败毒颗粒(3.09 m L·kg-1),7 d后观察各组母豚鼠病毒血症发生率,20 d后观察各组胎盘感染率、胎仔感染率及死胎率。结果正常对照组和模型对照组死胎率分别为8.33%,34.55%(P<0.05)。模型对照组和金叶败毒组亲代感染率分别为86.67%,33.33%;胎盘感染率分别为91.67%,61.22%;胎仔感染率分别为90.91%,48.28%;死胎率分别为34.55%,15.52%(均P<0.05)。结论金叶败毒颗粒可减少妊娠中期病毒接种引起的母胎感染及胎仔死亡,减少胎盘感染。
Objective To observe the effect of Jinye Baidu granule in preventing intrauterine infection of guinea pig cytomegalovirus in the second trimester of pregnancy. Methods The male and female guinea pigs were selected in the same maturity stage. The pregnant cows were randomly divided into 3 groups, 15 in each group. There was no special treatment in the normal control group. The model control group was intraperitoneally inoculated with the virus, The rats in each group were inoculated intraperitoneally with Jinye Baidu Granule (3.09 m L · kg-1). The incidence of viremia in each group was observed after 7 days. The placental infection rate, Stillbirth rate. Results The stillbirth rates of the normal control group and the model control group were 8.33% and 34.55%, respectively (P <0.05). The infection rate of placenta was 91.67% and 61.22% respectively in the model control group and Jinyebaixin group, the rates of fetal infection were 90.91% and 48.28%, respectively; the stillbirth rates were 34.55% and 15.52 % (All P <0.05). Conclusion Jinye Baidu pellet can reduce maternal fetal infection and fetal death caused by virus inoculation during the second trimester, and reduce placental infection.
