Tourism plays an important role in economic development and human development. In order to obtain systematic information about tourism, assist in the formulation and decision-making of relevant policies and give full play to the role of tourism, tourism statistics are required. But how to carry out statistical work on “travel” is still a relatively new area of research. In order to coordinate tourism statistics of various countries, several international manuals have been provided by international organizations.
