随着城市轨道交通的迅速发展,盾构法施工技术的应用越来越广泛,但在盾构隧道管片计算方法及计算软件的选择应用方面,还没有达成统一。从两种常用的盾构管片计算分析软件——“同济曙光盾构隧道分析软件”与“火炬软件”入手,采用较为合理的计算模型,结合实际工程资料,进行盾构管片结构内力计算分析比较。通过比较分析两种软件的建模方式、考虑的荷载工况及计算结果的异同,提出关于盾构管片计算方法方面的建议,为更合理地选择盾构管片计算软件提供参考。分析结果显示,“同济曙光盾构隧道分析软件”在软件建模、荷载工况设置以及结果分析上都更有优势。
With the rapid development of urban rail transit, the application of shield construction technology is more and more widely. However, there is no unified solution to the calculation and calculation of shield tunnel segments. Starting from the two commonly used calculation and analysis softwares of shield piece - “Tongji Shuguang Shield Tunnel Analysis Software” and “Torch Software”, a more reasonable calculation model is adopted, combined with the actual project data, Computation and Analysis of Internal Forces of Sheet Structure. By comparing and analyzing the modeling methods of the two kinds of softwares and considering the similarities and differences between the load conditions and the calculated results, some suggestions on the calculation methods of shield segment are put forward, which can provide references for more reasonable selection of shield segment calculation software. The results of the analysis show that the “Tongji Dawning Shield Tunnel Analysis Software” is more advantageous in software modeling, load condition setting and result analysis.
