油茶是一种经济价值很高的木本油料作物。发展油茶既能绿化荒山,有利水土保持;茶油色纯味香,营养丰富;茶饼的肥效也很高,每百斤茶饼含有氮1.99斤、燐0.54斤、铮2.33斤,如果在加工时进行去壳等处理后,茶饼还能作饲料;茶蒲含有单宁,可以炼制栲膠。近年来,我国的油茶事业在党和政府的重视支持下,有了很大发展。为了更好更快的发展油茶事业,不断改进和提高我们工作,我特根据数年实际工作中体会,对当前油茶发展工作提出如下意见,供各地参考并请指正。
