天然气设备包括静设备、动设备以及各种联锁的仪表,这三者既各成体系,又相互作用,同时三者存在风险传递关系,常用的检验方法对承压设备的风险评价具有较大的局限性。设备失效的大量数据证明,上述三个体系中任一环节出现错误都使系统异常,并最终导致承压类设备的失效。基于风险的承压设备完整性评价技术,着眼于设备完整性评价全周期,量化评估系统风险,致力于制定更有效的措施来降低风险,预防承压设备失效事件的发生。
Natural gas equipment includes static equipment, moving equipment and various interlocking instruments. These three systems not only work in different systems but also interact with each other. At the same time, there exists a risk transfer relationship between the three. The commonly used test methods have a large risk assessment on pressure-bearing equipment. Limitations. A large amount of data on failure of the equipment proves that any error in any of the above three systems causes the system to be abnormal and eventually leads to the failure of the pressure-bearing equipment. Risk-based pressure equipment integrity evaluation technology, focusing on equipment integrity assessment of the whole cycle, quantitative assessment of system risk, is committed to developing more effective measures to reduce risk and prevent the occurrence of pressure equipment failure.
