社会稳定预警机制是维护社会稳定的一道重要屏障。尽管我国社会稳定预警机制建设总体成效不错,但在部分地区和行业仍然存在信息网络不广、预警触角不深、风险评估不足、基层基础不实和机制运行不畅等诸多问题。加强社会稳定预警机制建设是积极预防和妥善处置各类群体性事件的重要保证,必须始终坚持情报信息主导战略,更加注重情报信息网络建设,不断加大社会风险评估力度,着力健全情报信息研判机制,切实加强预警行动组织领导,严格落实社会稳定预警责任。
The social stability warning mechanism is an important barrier for maintaining social stability. In spite of the overall good results in building the social stability early warning mechanism in our country, many problems still remain in some areas and industries, such as the lack of extensive information network, the lack of early warning tentacles, the lack of risk assessment, the grassroots foundation and the poor operation of the mechanism. Strengthening early warning mechanism for social stability is an important guarantee for actively preventing and properly handling various mass incidents. We must always adhere to the leading strategy of intelligence information and pay more attention to the construction of intelligence information network.
