以榨菜加工型主栽品种永安小叶为试材,对榨菜菜头性状与施氮量的关系进行研究。结果表明,榨菜产量、菜皮%、菜形、空心和茎/叶均与施氮量呈显著或极显著的二次或三次回归关系;在一定施氮范围内,随着施氮量增加,菜头产量增加、菜皮%降低、菜头形状愈好,但菜头空心愈严重,而茎/叶呈先增后降的变化;分析提出榨菜栽培上氮肥用量控制在30-35kg尿素/666.7m2,可实现菜头高产、优质和安全。
Yongcao, a main cultivated variety of mustard, was used as test material to study the relationship between the characteristics of topdressed mustard and nitrogen application rate. The results showed that there was a significant or very significant second or third regression relationship between the yield of mustard, vegetable peel, vegetable shape, hollow and stem / leaf, and nitrogen application rate.
