将718铬镍铁合金进行渗硼处理。为了得到强度和塑性的最佳组合,对硼化718铬镍铁合金进行标准热处理,包括固溶处理和双级时效处理。硼化层由化合物层和硼扩散区组成。由于硼化层有较高的硬度,与没有渗硼的718铬镍铁合金相比,硼化718铬镍铁合金的磨损率显著减少,摩擦因数也较低。标准热处理可以有效促进硼扩散到材料的内部,并促进新硼化物(Fe2B,CrB)的生成。经过标准热处理的硼化718铬镍铁合金由于其较厚的渗硼层(313.76μm)而表现出较好的耐磨性。
718 Inconel alloy boronizing treatment. In order to obtain the best combination of strength and ductility, 718 Inconel is subjected to standard heat treatment including solution treatment and two-stage aging. The boride layer consists of a compound layer and a boron diffusion zone. Due to the higher hardness of the boride layer, the wear rate of the 718 Inconel is significantly reduced and the friction factor is lower than that of the 718 Inconel without boronizing. Standard heat treatment can effectively promote the diffusion of boron to the interior of the material and promote the formation of new borides (Fe2B, CrB). The bainitic 718 Inconel alloy, which has been subjected to standard heat treatment, shows good wear resistance due to its thick boronizing layer (313.76 μm).
