介绍了俄罗斯油气管道运输和防腐情况,分析了目前俄罗斯油气运输管道失效的主要原因是管道内部的腐蚀。提出了内层用耐腐蚀的12×18H10T钢,外层用廉价的20钢组合成双层管的设想,采用7种焊接方案对该双层钢管进行了焊接试验,研究了采用不同焊丝和焊接工艺所焊焊接接头的组织性能。最后得出了这种双层钢管的最佳焊接工艺方案。
The paper introduces the transportation and anticorrosion of oil and gas pipelines in Russia and analyzes the reason of the failure of the current oil and gas pipelines in Russia is the corrosion inside the pipelines.
