工业通风技术在缺少类比数据的职业病危害预评价中的可行性

目的在缺少类比数据而不能采用类比法对建设项目中气态职业病危害因素的危害程度等要素进行完整有效预评价时,确定采用工业通风技术分析方法进行评价的可行性。方法依据已经取得的工程技术资料,采用工业通风技术原理对通风工程防护设施进行分析计算。通过计算确定通风防护技术理论上是否可以对工作环境进行有效防护。结果通风设施设计通过工程计算得出风速、风量、阻力、所需风机性能等参数。文中项目单元通过计算得出防护所需风量约为3 600m~3/h,局部阻力合计约为26 Pa,沿程阻力合计约为14 Pa,项目所选吸附罐风机性能可以满足防护要求,进而该工程防护能够控制有害因素逸散,可得出职业病危害工程防护的效果有效,职业病危害发生的风险低,能够达到保护劳动者健康的目的。结论在缺少类比数据的建设项目中可以利用工业通风技术分析作为对现有职业病危害预评价方法的补充,解决现有类比法不足的问题。 Objective To determine the feasibility of using the method of industrial ventilation to determine the complete and effective pre-evaluation of factors such as the degree of hazard of gaseous occupational hazards in construction projects, which can not be done by analogy without analogy. Methods Based on the engineering and technical data that have been obtained, the protective ventilation facilities are analyzed and calculated using the principle of industrial ventilation. By calculating the ventilation protection technology to determine whether the theory of the working environment for effective protection. Results Ventilation Design Calculate the parameters such as wind speed, air volume, resistance, fan performance required by engineering calculation. According to the project unit, the required air volume for protection is about 3 600 m 3 / h, the total resistance is about 26 Pa and the resistance along the road is about 14 Pa. The fan performance of the adsorption tank selected by the project can meet the requirements of protection. The protection of the project can control the escape of harmful factors, and can lead to effective occupational hazards engineering protection effect. The risk of occupational disease hazards is low, and the purpose of protecting laborers’ health can be achieved. Conclusion Industrial ventilation technology analysis can be used as a supplement to the pre-evaluation method of occupational hazards in construction projects lacking analogous data to solve the problem of lack of analogy.
