笔者从事食用菌生产多年,对如何搞好食用菌生产,特别是蘑菇生产积累了一些经验,现把如何夺取蘑菇的稳定高产的几项关键性技术措施介绍如下。 (一)必须有优良的健壮的菌种 俗话说:“好种出好苗,好苗产量高”。食用菌也是一样,蘑菇菌种的好差对产量的影响很大,这是常识范围的事。但有的栽培者,为了贪便宜或其他原因,不重视菌种的质量,结果造成减产或失收。优良健壮的蘑菇菌种的标志是:菌丝浓白、生长一致,不吐黄水,无杂菌,无菌蛋。
