某化纤生产企业原废水处理工艺冗长,各单元构筑物处理效率低,出水水质不稳定。改造工程充分利用原有设施,采用中和反应/混凝沉淀/活性污泥组合工艺。结果表明:改造后的处理系统运行稳定,效果良好,对COD、Zn~(2+)的去除率分别为90%、99%,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)的一级B标准。
A chemical fiber manufacturer of the original waste water treatment process is lengthy, the unit structure of low efficiency, water quality instability. Renovation projects make full use of the original facilities, using neutralization reaction / coagulation sedimentation / activated sludge combination process. The results showed that the treated system was stable and the effect was good. The removal rates of COD and Zn2 + were 90% and 99%, respectively. The effluent quality reached the standard of “Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant” (GB 18918 -2002) a level B standard.
