通过高温固相反应合成了钠快离子导体Na3-xZr2-xVxSi2PO12系统的一系列合成物、其合成反应均可在低于1373K的温度下完成,且该系统的合成温度随x增大而降低.X-射线衍射数据表明,当x<0.5时,其合成物为NASICON单纯相,其空间群为C2/c,当x>0.5时,合成物开始玻璃化。系统合成物的有关晶胞参数随x的增大而相应缩小,电性能测定结果表明,最好电导性的起始组成为x-0.1.其导电率在室温时为5.45×10-4S·cm-1,在723K时为1.04×10-1s·cm-1,其电导激活能为 23.46kJ/mol。
A series of sodium fast ionic conductor Na3-xZr2-xVxSi2PO12 systems were synthesized by solid-state reaction at high temperature. The synthesis reaction can be completed at temperatures below 1373K. X-ray diffraction data showed that when x <0.5, its composition was NASICON pure phase with space group C2 / c. When x> 0.5, the composite began to vitrify. The relevant unit cell parameters of the system composition decrease correspondingly with the increase of x, and the result of electrical property measurement shows that the best initial composition of conductivity is x-0.1. The conductivity was 5.45 × 10-4S · cm-1 at room temperature and 1.04 × 10-1s · cm-1 at 723K, and the conductance activation energy was 23.46kJ / mol.
