近年来,随着高校大众化教育的不断深入,地方高校音乐专业学生的就业形势日趋严峻。为有效缓解就业压力,地方高校理应理论联系实际,以社会需求为导向,以培养具有创新精神和创业能力的应用型音乐专业人才为目的,不断更新教育观念,树立创业思想,努力构建科学的创业教育体系,营造宽松的创业教育氛围,搭建适宜的创业实践平台,积极提升创业能力,变被动就业为主动创业,不断增强学生的社会适应性和提高就业竞争力,为社会输送高素质的应用型音乐专业人才。
