以验证限制性团体箱庭疗法对提升高职学生干部自信心水平的效果为目的,本研究对湖南安全技术职业学院学生会干部进行心理测试和访谈,根据学生意愿和时间安排选择8名成员进行为期9周的限制性团体箱庭治疗,以个人评价量表、自卑感量表、社交回避及苦恼量表为评估工具。研究表明,经过限制性团体箱庭治疗的成员自信心水平有明显提升,所有成员的社交回避和苦恼有所减轻,自卑感也有所降低,个人评价有显著提高。因此,限制性团体箱庭疗法是符合高校学生干部特性的有效干预方式,尤其在团队意识的培养及促进人际交往等方面效果显著。
In order to verify the effectiveness of restrictive group box-office therapy to improve the self-confidence level of students in higher vocational colleges, this study conducts psychological tests and interviews with the students’ cadets in Hunan Vocational and Technical College, selects 8 members according to their wishes and time schedule, Week restricted group boxing treatment, personal evaluation scale, inferiority scale, social avoidance and distress scales as the assessment tool. Research shows that members of the restricted group of patients treated by the Court have shown a significant improvement in their self-confidence. All members have lessened their social avoidance and distress, their inferiority complex, and their personal evaluation have significantly improved. Therefore, the restrictive group boxing therapy is an effective intervention method that is in line with the characteristics of college students’ cadres, especially in the cultivation of team awareness and promotion of interpersonal communication.
