本文主要阐述了如何解决核电常规岛中不锈钢联箱斜45°三通管焊接变形工艺控制的问题。根据设计要求,三通管焊接角度变形公差必须控制在45°±0.5°的范围,但是不锈钢的线膨胀系数大,导热系数小又加之焊接局部反复受热变形等因素的影响,焊接变形控制就成了整个联箱制造的一个重点和难点。但采用合理的焊接工艺及恰当的工装后,不锈钢的焊接变形是可以预防和控制的。
