To meet the needs of today’s beneficiation, a new oversized 100m3 (3500 cubic feet) aerated mechanical agitation flotation machine was designed. Several of these innovative design techniques are quite different from conventional flotation machine designs. In a non-dead conical bottom round groove installed due to the role of the pump and radial feed rotor and suspension impeller. A foam tank is installed around the flotation tank to collect the foam overflow, and the foam tank is hexagonal in shape so that the flotation machine can be honeycomb-lined together. Transmission can be a set of customized right angle gear reducer, you can also use the conventional V-belt drive. Both drives have a variable frequency control system that allows stepless speed regulation of the rotor in a flotation machine or unit per acre. The results of the parallel comparison test of the super-large aerated mechanical agitation flotation machine produced by three major manufacturers were discussed. The results of these tests were obtained after several weeks of industrial testing from a large copper processing plant in Chile.
