Plaintiff He Li Hong was convicted of insurance contract with Foshan Shunde Branch of China Life Insurance Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as Shunde Branch Company) and Foshan Branch of China Life Insurance Company (hereinafter referred to as Foshan Branch) for compensation in respect of the contract with Foshan Branch of Guangdong Province Shunde District People’s Court filed a lawsuit.
