我科参照Thomas[1]所述单侧唇裂鼻畸形的整复方法,设计鼻前庭鼻翼软骨皮肤复合瓣旋转加鼻小柱硅胶支架植入的手术方法,完成22例单侧完全性唇腭裂术后鼻畸形矫正,效果满意,现报告如下。1 一般资料本组22例中,男19例,女3例;年龄13～32岁。左侧唇裂18例,右侧4例,其中17例原为唇腭
