增压器叶片的安全运转是增压器有效工作所必须的,所以监测增压器叶片的运转状况对于保证叶片的运行具有重要意义。为此本文阐述了一种反射式光纤光纤传感器,它可被安装在增压器外罩上,对增压器叶片的运转状况进行监测。文章给出了光纤传感器的模型,论述了光纤传感器的设计方法和特性,并利用该传感器对SOFIM发动机增压器叶片进行了监测。结果表明反射式光纤传感器不仅能够经受住机械振动、热应变、电磁干扰,而且能够有效地监测增压器叶片的运转状况。该传感器的频带宽度为300MHz,信噪比为50。
The safe operation of turbocharger blades is necessary for turbocharger to work effectively. Therefore, monitoring turbocharger blade operating conditions is of great significance for ensuring the operation of blades. To this end, this article describes a reflective fiber optic fiber sensor that can be mounted on a turbocharger housing to monitor turbocharger blade operation. The article gives the model of optical fiber sensor, discusses the design method and characteristics of optical fiber sensor, and uses the sensor to monitor the SOFIM engine supercharger blade. The results show that the reflective optical fiber sensor can not only withstand the mechanical vibration, thermal strain, electromagnetic interference, but also can effectively monitor turbocharger blade operating conditions. The sensor’s bandwidth is 300MHz, signal to noise ratio of 50.
