游客供需感知视角下旅游商品满意度提升研究——以河南郑州登封市为例

旅游购物是衡量一个地区旅游业发展主要标志,而旅游商品又是旅游购物各要素中最具吸引力的方面。以河南郑州登封市为例,通过问卷调查从游客感知视角下分析了游客对登封市旅游商品满意度评价和游客对旅游商品需求,最后提出了提升旅游商品满意度策略。 Shopping is a measure of tourism in the region a major sign of the development of tourism, tourism and tourism is the most important aspect of the various elements of shopping. Taking Dengfeng City in Henan Province as an example, this paper analyzes tourists ’satisfaction with tourist products and tourists’ demand for tourism products from the perspective of tourists perception through questionnaires. Finally, it puts forward strategies to enhance the satisfaction of tourism products.
