将Wistar大鼠采用主动免疫、寒凉胆汁灌胃、自然口服去氧胆酸钠及饮食不节的综合法,制成大鼠萎缩性胃炎模型,然后在此基础上附加幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)感染。结果表明,本动物模型在胃粘膜组织中能检查到井分离出HP,病理组织学检查证实其胃粘膜组织呈现出萎缩性胃炎及HP感染的双重复合病理变化、从而为研究萎缩性胃炎HP感染提供了一个较为合适的动物模型。
A Wistar rat model of atrophic gastritis was established by a combination of active immunization, cold and bile gavage, natural oral sodium deoxycholate and diet. The rats were then treated with Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection. The results show that the animal model can be detected in gastric mucosa well isolated HP, histopathology confirmed gastric mucosa showed atrophic gastritis and HP infection double complex pathological changes, so as to study the atrophic gastritis HP infection Provide a more suitable animal model.
