1.故障现象我公司1台TYQH259型强夯机于2014年1月在松铜高速第一和第二合同段对填方路基进行夯实作业,使用约300h后,便出现起重臂变形、脱钩器钢丝绳断丝等故障。在工地使用中,起重臂下弦撑杆、拉杆在脱钩器撞击下可能产生变形,生产厂用旧轮胎对强夯机起重臂下弦撑杆、拉杆进行了防护。为进一步达到保护起重臂的目的,我们在起重臂下弦撑杆与脱钩器接触部位增设了方钢和钢管焊接而成的防护支架,还在防护支架上增设了旧轮胎,以避免脱钩器直接撞击起重臂。然而防护支架仍被撞得严重变形和破裂,且起重臂下弦斜撑杆产生变形。防护支架破裂情况如图1所示。

In order to further achieve the purpose of protecting the boom, we added a protective bracket welded by square steel and steel pipe at the contact part between the lower chord brace of the boom and the uncoupler, and added the old tire on the protective bracket to prevent the uncoupler Hit the boom directly. However, the protective bracket was still severely deformed and ruptured, and the lower chord strut of the boom was deformed. Protective bracket rupture shown in Figure 1.
