目的了解景洪市市售食品的卫生状况,进行食品安全风险评估与预警,为制定有效的监管措施提供依据。方法采集市售食品10类456份,省级监测任务按国家食品微生物学检验方法标准,国家级监测项目按国家食品安全风险监测内部手册检验标准做。结果在监测的10类456份食品中,共分离出3种4株食源性致病菌,总检出率为0.9%。结论景洪市食品已有不同程度受到多种食源性致病菌污染,蛋制品、鲜榨果汁、凉拌菜为主要受污染的食品,提示应加强市售食品监督管理,以减少可能引起食源性疾病的危险因素。
Objective To understand the sanitary status of food sold in Jinghong City and evaluate and alert the risk of food safety so as to provide the basis for formulating effective regulatory measures. Methods A total of 456 samples of 10 types of commercially available foods were collected. Provincial-level monitoring tasks were conducted according to the national food microbiology test method standards. The national-level monitoring items were tested according to the national manual for food safety risk monitoring. Results Among the 456 foodstuffs in 10 categories monitored, three kinds of food-borne pathogenic bacteria were isolated and the total detection rate was 0.9%. Conclusion Food in Jinghong City has been contaminated by various food-borne pathogenic bacteria in varying degrees. Egg products, freshly squeezed juices and cold vegetables are the main contaminated foods, suggesting that the supervision and management of commercially available foods should be strengthened to reduce the risk of food-borne diseases Risk factors for ailments.
