2003年上半年,省地税局培训中心面对突如其来的非典疫情,坚持一手抓教育培训不放松,一手抓非典防治不动摇,以构建现代化公务员培训机制为重点,强化“五种”意识,围绕班子和队伍建设、非典防治、培训质量的提高、基础设施改造、驻村工作和党风廉政建设“六项”任务,不断推进“五化”建设,切实做好教育培训工作。上半年,累计完成各类干部培训和学历教育627人次,为提高全省地税系统干部队伍素质做出了贡献。 一、注重素质教育,实施规范管理,提高教育培训质量 强化对学员的素质教育。培训中心严格贯彻省局党组关于不断提高地税干部整体素质的要求,牢固树立培训育人的指导思想,注重知识培训和素质教育紧密结合,在实施业务知识培训的同时,引导学员树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。针对2002年
