目的了解青岛市35~74岁居民代谢正常型肥胖流行特征及影响因素。方法于2009-2011年利用多阶段分层整群抽样方法对青岛市35~74岁共5 095名居民进行现场问卷调查和体格检查,并采集血样进行实验室检测,利用腰围来定义肥胖,血压、血糖、血脂来定义代谢正常型肥胖,采用X~2检验、F检验等进行流行特征分析,logistic回归进行影响因素分析。结果共发现代谢正常型肥胖215人,占肥胖总人数的10.65%,与代谢异常型肥胖者相比,表现为在女性占比较高(P<0.001)、年龄较小(P<0.001)、工作较好且学历较高(P=0.003和0.013),吸烟饮酒率低(P<0.001),BMI较小(P<0.001);多因素logistic回归分析发现代谢正常型肥胖的影响因素有年龄、城乡、饮酒、工作、体质指数、平均动脉压、谷丙转氨酶水平、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯和血糖。结论代谢正常型肥胖具有其独有的特征,多种因素可影响代谢正常型肥胖的形成。
Objective To understand the prevalence and influencing factors of metabolic normal obesity in 35-74 years old residents in Qingdao. Methods From 2009 to 2011, a total of 5 095 residents aged 35-74 years in Qingdao were surveyed and physically examined by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling. Blood samples were collected for laboratory testing and waist circumference was used to define obesity and blood pressure , Blood glucose, blood lipids to define the normal metabolic obesity, using X ~ 2 test, F test and other epidemiological characteristics, logistic regression analysis of influencing factors. Results A total of 215 patients with normal metabolic obesity were found, accounting for 10.65% of the total number of obese people. Compared with those with obesity, metabolic abnormalities were found in higher proportion of women (P <0.001), younger (P <0.001) (P = 0.003 and 0.013), lower smoking and drinking rates (P <0.001), and lower BMI (P <0.001). Multivariate logistic regression analysis found that the influencing factors of normal metabolic obesity were age, urban and rural areas , Alcohol consumption, work, body mass index, mean arterial pressure, alanine aminotransferase levels, serum total cholesterol, triglycerides and blood sugar. Conclusion Metabolic normal obesity has its own unique characteristics, a variety of factors can affect the formation of normal metabolic obesity.
