反倾销制度是禁止不正当竞争,规范国际经济秩序的重要工具。自我国加入世界贸易组织以来,受到越来越多的反倾销指控,给我国的出口经济带来严重的影响。因此我国应当在国际反倾销相关法律及协议的指导下,建立起相应的应诉机制,完善反倾销法律体系,改变中国在国际贸易中的被动地位,保障我国经济的健康发展。本文通过对国际反倾销制度对我国不利因素的进行分析,提出中国反倾销的应对措施,以期待更好的加强中国的国际竞争力。
Anti-dumping system is to prohibit unfair competition, an important tool to regulate the international economic order. Since our country’s accession to the World Trade Organization, more and more anti-dumping charges have exerted a serious impact on China’s export economy. Therefore, under the guidance of the international laws and agreements on anti-dumping, China should establish a corresponding response mechanism, improve the anti-dumping legal system, change China’s passive position in international trade and ensure the healthy development of China’s economy. This article analyzes the unfavorable factors of the international anti-dumping system to our country and puts forward the countermeasures of China’s anti-dumping so as to expect to strengthen China’s international competitiveness better.
