偶氮胂Ⅲ可与许多金属离子发生具有高灵敏度的显色反应。Savvin把这种性质用于测定铀,其中包括预先把铀(Ⅵ)还原到铀(Ⅳ)或者采用EDTA和二苯胍萃取-分光光度的方法。我们观察到在pH5.5左右,如果采用二乙撑三胺五乙酸(DTPA)作掩蔽剂时,偶氮胂Ⅲ与铀之间的显色反应为测定铀提供了一种有足够的灵敏度和选择性的方法。而DTPA对显色反应没有明显的抑制作用。本文报道了该法在一些岩石样品中的应用。
Arsenazo III with many metal ions with high sensitivity of chromogenic reaction. Savvin uses this property for the determination of uranium, including the pre-uranium (Ⅵ) reduction to uranium (Ⅳ) or extraction using EDTA and diphenylguanidine-spectrophotometry. We observed that at pH 5.5, the color reaction between arsenazo III and uranium provides a sufficient sensitivity for the determination of uranium if diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA) is used as a masking agent and Selective method. However, DTPA has no obvious inhibitory effect on the color reaction. This paper reports the application of this method in some rock samples.
