用应力波安装干涉配合紧固件,可以避免或减轻用静压法或锤击法安装时造成的初始损伤。用应力波法试验安装了30CrMnSiA钢干涉配合紧固件并作了疲劳试验,分析了安装损伤和应力波安装法的影响因素。
The installation of interference fit fasteners with stress waves can prevent or reduce the initial damage caused by static pressure or hammering installation. The 30CrMnSiA steel interference fit fasteners were installed in the stress wave test and the fatigue test was carried out. The influencing factors of installation damage and stress wave installation method were analyzed.
