目的探讨1种血细胞分离机不同转速对外周血造血干细胞采集的影响。方法 229例外周血造血干细胞采集病例依1 500、1 550、1 600、1 650、1 700、1 750 r/min分组采集,采集后分别检测干细胞采集物WBC、Hct、Plt、MNC及CD34+细胞比例,统计分析组间差异。结果结果提示,随转速提高,采集物WBC及Plt逐渐升高,而Hct、MNC及CD34+细胞比例则逐渐降低,与1 500 r/min组相比,除WBC无统计学差异(P>0.05),自1 650 r/min组后,均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论不同转速对外周血造血干细胞采集有一定程度影响,采集时应结合临床实际情况采用较低的离心转速[(1 500-1 600)r/min],以保证采集效果。
Objective To investigate the effects of different speed of a hemocyte separator on the collection of peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cells. Methods A total of 229 cases of peripheral blood stem cell collection were collected by 1 500, 1 550, 1 600, 1 650, 1 700 and 1 750 r / min. The collected WBC, Hct, Plt, MNC and CD34 + Ratio, statistical analysis of differences between groups. The results showed that the WBC and Plt of the collected samples increased gradually with the increase of the rotational speed, but the proportion of Hct, MNC and CD34 + cells decreased gradually. Compared with the 1 500 r / min group, there was no significant difference except WBC (P> 0.05) , Which was statistically significant after 1 650 r / min group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Different rotational speeds affect the collection of peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cells to a certain extent. The collection speed should be lower than that of the actual centrifuge [(1 500-1 600) r / min] to ensure the collection effect.
