目的 :进一步研究金属内支架治疗食管及贲门部狭窄的疗效 ,为此类疾病提供有效的介入治疗方法。材料与方法 :6例食管及贲门部狭窄患者的狭窄处直径在 1mm~ 5mm ,吞咽困难评分为Ⅱ~Ⅲ级。全部支架置入术均经口腔在X线监视下进行。结果 :所有病人的支架留置均获成功 ,技术成功率 10 0 %。支架置入后吞咽困难明显缓解或解除 ,摄食能力均有不同程度地改善 ,吞咽困难评分转为O~I级。结论 :金属内支架置入术是食管及贲门部狭窄介入治疗最有效的方法之一
Objectives: To further study the efficacy of metal stents in the treatment of stenosis of the esophagus and cardia and to provide effective interventional treatments for these diseases. Materials and Methods: The stenosis of 6 patients with esophageal and cardiac valve stenosis was between 1mm and 5mm in diameter, and dysphagia score was grade II-III. All stenting procedures were performed under the X-ray monitoring via the oral cavity. Results: The stent placement of all patients was successful and the technical success rate was 10%. Dysphagia was significantly relieved or relieved after stenting, and the ingestion abilities were improved to varying degrees. The dysphagia score was graded 0 to I. Conclusion : Metal stent placement is one of the most effective methods for stenosis of esophagus and cardia.
