为了提高沥青混合料的加热效率,降低能源消耗,建立沥青混合料加热滚筒三维分析模型,基于传热学原理和流体力学原理,采用有限容积法对沥青混合料的加热过程进行数值模拟。得到了沥青混合料温度场分布以及混合料的温度变化曲线,并分析了沥青路面养护车加热滚筒结构参数和滚筒转速对沥青混合料加热时间的影响。研究结果表明:螺旋叶片高度、螺旋叶片螺旋角对沥青混合料的加热效率有一定的影响,合理的叶片结构可以更好地促进冷热沥青混合料之间的混合传热,提高加热效率;加热滚筒转速对沥青混合料的加热效率影响较大,转速过慢混合料混合传热不均匀,转速过快滚筒壁面温度较低,混合料温升较慢。
In order to improve the heating efficiency of asphalt mixture and reduce energy consumption, a three-dimensional analytical model of heating roller for asphalt mixture was established. Based on the theory of heat transfer and hydrodynamics, the finite volume method was used to simulate the heating process of asphalt mixture. The temperature field distribution of asphalt mixture and the temperature change curve of the mixture were obtained. The influence of the structural parameters of heating roller and the rotational speed of roller on the heating time of asphalt mixture were analyzed. The results show that the height of helical blade and the helix angle of helical blade have a certain influence on the heating efficiency of asphalt mixture. The reasonable blade structure can better promote the mixing and heat transfer between hot and cold asphalt mixture and improve the heating efficiency. Roller speed has a great effect on the heating efficiency of asphalt mixture. Mixing heat at too slow speed is not uniform. The temperature of roller wall is too low and the temperature rise of mixture is slow.
