腹膜粘连是引起肠梗阻的原因之一。笔者以大鼠腹膜粘连模型研究钙离子拮抗剂尼莫地平对预防腹膜粘连的作用,结果对照组鼠均有腹膜粘连形成,粘连积分为(3.30±0.82),实验组鼠腹腔内注入尼莫地平后积分降至(2.0±0.76),P<0.05,两次给药后降至(1.63±1.06),并有部分鼠未形成腹膜粘连。钙离子拮抗剂防治腹膜粘连的机理可能与该药具有抗血管收缩、抗缺血作用以及参与炎症调节、抑制血小板聚集、抑制胶原合成等作用有关。
Peritoneal adhesions is one of the causes of intestinal obstruction. The author used rat model of peritoneal adhesion to study the effect of calcium antagonist nimodipine on the prevention of peritoneal adhesion. The results showed that the control group had peritoneal adhesion, the adhesion score was (3.30 ± 0.82), the intraperitoneal After injection of nimodipine, the integral decreased to (2.0 ± 0.76), P <0.05, decreased to (1.63 ± 1.06) after twice administration, and some rats did not form peritoneal adhesions. The mechanism of calcium ion antagonist in prevention and treatment of peritoneal adhesions may be related to the anti-angiogenic and anti-ischemic effects of the drug and its involvement in the regulation of inflammation, inhibition of platelet aggregation and inhibition of collagen synthesis.
