人事考试是选拔人才和评测能力的主要方式,目前我国每年有数千万人次参加各类各级人事考试,但是人事考试领域仍存在诸多作弊行为,究其原因,有个人利益驱使,专项立法滞后,对作弊行为界定不明,也有执行主体不合理,制度落实不到位,因此,应该加强诚信道德体系建设,加快人事考试专项立法,明确人事考试法律法规的执行者,做好人事考试执法队伍建设,等等。
