通过对JSH0102润滑油氧化安定性测定仪的改进,提出了一种操作简便、检测快速的柴油氧化安定性评定方法。该方法对JSH0102外置了数据采集设备,编程改进了数据采集软件,实现对采样率、采样数、采样间隔和采样次数的自由设置。利用MATLAB研究开发了数据分析程序,并确定了以175kPa压降时间作为柴油氧化诱导期的表征量,以外推拐点法求得的外推氧化终止时间作为氧化终止时间的表征量,并对其精度进行了检验对比。结果表明:175kPa压降算法的试验精度优于汽油的13.8kPa压降算法,外推氧化终止时间的精度优于氧化终止点,该方法可用于柴油氧化安定性评价研究。
Based on the improvement of JSH0102 lubricating oil oxidation stability tester, a simple and quick method of evaluating diesel oxidation stability was proposed. The method of JSH0102 external data acquisition equipment, programming improved data acquisition software to achieve the sampling rate, the number of samples, sampling interval and the number of samples set free. The program of data analysis was developed by using MATLAB, and the pressure drop time of 175 kPa was used as the characterization parameter of the diesel oxidation induction period. The extrapolation oxidation termination time obtained by the extrapolation inflection point method was used as the characterization of the oxidation termination time, and its accuracy Conducted a comparison test. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the 175kPa pressure drop algorithm is better than that of the gasoline 13.8kPa pressure drop method, and the accuracy of the extrapolation oxidation termination time is better than the oxidation termination point. The proposed method can be used to evaluate the oxidation stability of diesel fuel.
