调查研究了鞍钢第二炼钢厂连铸小方坯的气泡缺陷。提出中间包的胶泥、绝热板不干,导致开浇初期钢中[H]高是造成铸坯气泡的主要原因,采取烘烤中间包,可有效地减轻气泡。
Investigated the bubble defects of continuous casting billet of No.2 steel mill of Ansteel. The proposed tundish clay, insulation panels do not dry, leading to early open cast steel [H] high is the main cause of the slab bubble, to take the tundish, which can effectively reduce the bubbles.
