小型座谈会是一种很好的家园沟通形式,但教师们特别是年轻教师常常困惑于座谈会的组织,她们困惑:怎样确定座谈会的话题?怎样让家长了解座谈会的中心话题?在座谈会的前期,教师如何做准备?在过程中怎么组织?特别是不太能拿捏好每一位家长想要从她这里获得什么样的信息。教师们还担心家长都抛出各种问题自己不能很好地控制,感到组织小型座谈会有很大的难度。我们为此展开了研讨,寻找解决这些问题的策略。一、确立座谈会话题
Small seminars are a good form of home-based communication, but teachers, especially young teachers, are often perplexed by the organization of the symposium.
