作为油田施工企业,为了自己的生存与发展,面对目前施工市场激烈的竞争,不得不寻求低成本战略,做出相对应的成本调整,只有这样才能赢取更多机会,取得好的企业管理经济效益。工程项目一直跟随管理科学体制的发展脚步,管理科学体制的建立,带动了企业运行机制的转换,并且突出了工程项目的位置,有足够的力量使企业对内部结构进行优化;企业成为利润中心,而工程项目部则成为成本中心,担负起工程项目成本管理的责任。因此,本文重点探讨的是工程施工项目在成本的有效控制方面存在着什么的样的问题。
